What we did well:

What we should have done better:

We should have agreed with our client on a

clear target (ROI) of the expected impact of the

exhibits.

The exhibits should be more thought-provoking

The exhibit design process should have

involved audience consultation.

The exhibits should have been linked to the

online world.
