Assuming all work packages, resources, and resource usage has been input into MS Project

Set Baseline

• MS Project uses the Baseline as the basis for the Planned Value (PV) calculation

• In the Project View, Set a Baseline for the project.

• A snapshot in time of current project performance.• In MS Project, set the status date to the desired date to

review project progress.
