The key to being able to make the switch from Aggregator to

Distributor serving the user wherever they are was changing the

licensing framework

Issue 1: Our interaction with users is still very much ‘push’

Issue 2: in this ‘linear model’, there is not enough sense of shared

ownership and cooperation

Issue 3: we believe in opening up data. Does this leave room for

paid services?

Issue 4: in the current governance structure the ‘users’ take no part
