Each partner will provide unique servicesto the partnership and be committed to

Artistic PartnershipArtist and EUMM intend to create a partnership

(joint venture) under which all artistic assets,copyright, trademarks and neighboring rights

will be transfered or assigned.

Partnership will be housed inside a Nevada Limited Liability Company (LLC) or Corporation.

Shares or Membership of the LLC willreflect ownership interest of the parties.

The partnership will have apredetermined initial term.

If set benchmarks are achievedin the initial term, the Partnership

will be perpetual.

If benchmarks are not achievedwithin initial term, Artist will haveoption to request EUMM to forfeit

all equity in the Partnership revertingfull ownership to the Artist.

Artist’s benefitsThe New Deal is beneficial to the artist by providing them withmore than just assistance with management. EUMM will becommitted to the partnership and will be more driven toachieve a successful outcome with the artistic development.

Financially speaking, the artist receives a plethora of assistanceand fees are taken only from profits with no fixed expenses. The Partnership pays all expenses, is better structured to takeadvantage of tax issues, and is professionally administrated.

If expectations are not met in the predetermined time period,the artist will be provided with the full ownership of a properlystructured and operated business entity.
