Financial Statement Authorised Signatory (FSIGN)

• For grants signed after 1 January 2013 otherwise the current process of parallel electronic submission and paper signature will still be available.

• Organisations have to identify online the persons authorised to sign forms C

• The nomination of a LEAR for each participating organisation becomes thus mandatory. LEARs can register an unlimited number of FSIGNs for their organisation, can add comments to each name and can revoke or replace them at any time.

• The link between a particular FSIGN (from the list you have encoded) and a specific project will be made by one of the Participant Contacts (PaCo) (or Coordinator Contacts for the coordinating organisation) of the respective project.

• When a Form C is ready for submission a notification will be sent to the FSIGN
