Including cloud storage for file submission, document check, printing outlet searching, online payment, and delivery service.
Issue• For a lot of documents, people can not handle with their
own printer.• We are trying to reduce the time needed for a customer to
print their documents. • A lot of people do not know where is the best place to
print their document.• People want to send their document to other place or
other people.
How To SolveWe solve the above problem using Cloud Technology and Artificial Intelligence
Online document submission. We store our customer in cloud storage system that we manage.
Online document checking. We can check customer’s document to make sure their documents are ready to print.
Outlet Searching. System will handle this feature automatically, to find the best outlet for customer.
How To SolveOnline Payment Confirmation System. Customer will have several payment option: bank transfer, credit card, cash on delivery and other online payment service that we support.
Outlet Navigation System. This feature will help customer who want fetch their document on their own to reach their destination correctly. We do not want they got lost of course, they are our precious customer.
How To SolveDelivery Service. For our customer convenience, we will also have delivery service to bring them their documents. This service will add a little cost to them, but they do not need to get their documents on their own.
QR Code Confirmation System. When document is handled from outlet/courier to customer. Customer must scan a QR Code on their document via our mobile app. This is our own confirmation system to reduce fraud and wrong delivery when using our service.
