Case Presentation

• 79 yo female patient.

• Risk factors: DM and hypertension.

• Previous lateral and antero-apical MI.

• Angina CC II since many years ago and now

CC III accompanied by dyspnea.

• EKG: sinus rythym 80 bpm, severe

repolarization changes in lateral wall.

• 2D Echo: left ventricle dilatation, EF 40%.
