SITUATION: TRYING TO COPE UP WITH THE NEW JOB AND REQUIRES MORE TRAINING.

SAY Being working he say that they have

more responsibilities to be taken care off and many problems to face in job along with that solving all the problems all by themselves.

Real life skills to be taught.

Education has helped a lot.

DO Better behavior to colleagues. Life skills training to be provided at school level. Problems in the say section can be solved by

making changes to the educational system. As the school life was not much focused on

language learning and did not gave much empasis on personality development,it was difficult to cope up with the new situation,with new lifestyle. So he was really tensed in the beginning.

Thus education system must include language learning sections and personality development classes.

THINK Will I be able to sustain in the

organization. I should have undergone proper training

before taking up the job. Fear of job. Stresed not knowing what to do in the

job.

FEEL Highly competitive. Nervousness in preparing for the

workforce. Building good rapport with colleagues. It was a totally different experience

when u know u r working and things are not so easy everything gets formal and straight forward.

First day of job as if now , i don’t remember much but ...yea few training sessions , involving both technical and soft skills.
