DESCRIPTION

During 2011-12, Leeds Metropolitan is re-focusing its undergraduate curriculum, and as part of this process course teams will be embedding three graduate attributes across the curriculum: global outlook, enterprise, and digital literacy. The three graduate attributes have been selected with the aim of giving Leeds Metropolitan’s graduates a clear USP, improving their employability and career prospects. A Higher Education Academy Change Academy project, led by Head of E-Learning Simon Thomson, is concentrating on embedding the digital literacy attribute across the curriculum. This paper will report on the progress of the project, on its findings to date, and on the medium and longer term aims of the team following the formal end date of the current project.
