The City of Deerfield Beach features two boardwalk areas set beachside just
outside of our back gates which overlook the beautiful blue Atlantic Ocean.
A permit is required from the City of Deerfield Beach and more information is
available by calling 954-480-4433 or at www.deerfield-beach.com

Additional Wedding Information
Beach Ceremony: The client is responsible for securing their Ceremony Permit with the City of Deerfield Beach. Should you have
questions regarding your beach ceremony permit, please contact the City of Deerfield Beach at 954-480-4433.
Parking: Reduced parking is available to wedding guests. The special reduced event parking charges are $12.00 valet or
$7.00 self-parking. Discounted overnight parking charges are $20.00 valet and $15.00 self-parking for hotel
guests. Client may make payment arrangements for Host Parking Package in advance or guests can be charged
individually.
Initial Deposit & Payment Schedule: A non-refundable 25% deposit of the anticipated food & beverage revenue will be required with the signed contract.
Your contract will outline the additional payment schedule.
Final Payment: The final balance must be received no later than 7 working days prior to the event (guaranteed number of attendees
is also due at this time), if paying by credit card, cashier’s check or money order. If paying with a personal check
payment must be received 21 days prior to the event date.
Menu Selection: If two entrees are selected, each guest’s place card must be clearly marked with the guest’s entrée selection and a
listing of entrée selections by table must be submitted as well. Entrée selection place cards and table listing must be
dropped off 3 days before the wedding.
Any special dietary requests or allergies should be communicated to your catering manager at least 10 days before
the event. Children’s plates are available for $25 and vendor meals are available for $35. Your vendors will be
provided with complimentary non alcoholic beverages during your event. Under no circumstances will we allow any on
duty vendor to be served or purchase alcoholic beverages.
Wedding Cake: All wedding cakes are provided through Edda’s Cake Designs. A tasting will be conducted at Edda’s Cake
Designs Pembroke Pines location and the hotel will handle all further logistics. Once your event has been confirmed
with the hotel contact Edda’s Cake Design to schedule your tasting appointment.
Service Charge and Taxes: All Food and Beverage related charges are subject to a 22% service charge and 6% sales tax. The service charge
is a taxable item in accordance with the State of Florida Department of Revenue.
Guest Suite Block: Guest suites are available at a reduced rate based upon availability for a minimum group of 10 and above suites.
