Jump To/Leafing

Provides ability to jump/leaf to other pages without having to abandon current document/page

Context Sensitive – will transition to data on “target” page based on data on “source” page– Fund Table opens to fund present on document

Leafing history retains last 5 pages– “Back” link available– No data or position is lost

Auto-Transition to Budget Lines– If all COA for budget line is entered on the document, the

“Jump To” will transition to the specific budget line on the Budget Inquiry Page.

Document Navigation - Buttons•Display buttons will vary based on:

Document Data – “Edit with Grid”

•Provides a “spreadsheet” view of the document

•Included most common fields on the line

•Useful for multi-line documents

•Configurable

Document Data – Type Ahead

•Available on most fields

•Letter by letter filtering

•Shows descriptions

Document Data – Error Bar

•Error Bar defaults to one line

•Shows error with highest severity first

•Expanded error bar shows multiple messages

•Errors can be filtered or sorted by severity

Document Data – Error Navigation

•Context link works as it does today

•Field with error is highlighted

•Highlight matches color of error

Document Data – Pick List

•All Chart of Accounts elements have “Pick List” for lookup

•Green arrow will open related COA table

Attachments

•Attachments are added via File Menu

•Attachment upload similar to current process

•No applicable on Budget Documents

•Document components display a “Paper Clip” icon and counter when attachments are present

Printing

•Print button on document will generate PDF file in new “Document Forms” page

Show Description

•Right click a field with a value present (e.g. Fund 13H5) and eMARS displays a description of that value (e.g. “Finance eMARS Customer Resource Center)

Show Details

•Click on “Show Details” and eMARS will “leaf” to the actual record on its associated table (e.g. 03H5 on the Fund Table)

Alerts and Broadcast Messages

•“Active” notification of a new Alert or Broadcast message via a pop-up window

•Will show upon login, and

•At intervals while actively working online

•Conditions and intervals yet to be determined

Multi-Sort Feature

•Selected Tables provide sort options on multiple fields

• Sortable fields are underlined

• Default sort is in column order
