The Nobility is our wedding day coordination package. It's important to us that your special day goes off without a hitch so we make sure your day is flawless. We will coordinate your cer-emony rehearsal, ceremony and reception so you don't have to worry about a thing on your special day. Your only duty is to enjoy the day!
Pre-event Planning Duties ~
Initial consultation (usually a two hour meeting)
Several consultation meetings (up to four hours)
Obtain and review all vendor's contracts, and confirm all details
Create a comprehensive itinerary (timeline) for ALL participants
Send the wedding party a list of duties (optional) and itinerary (timeline)
Complete a site walk through (when possible)
Rehearsal Coordination Duties ~
Coordinate ceremony with clergy and musicians
Show bridal party where to stand
Practice the processional and recessional with music
Discuss when music is played and the cues to start the music
Practice with the flower girl and ring bearer
Practice the "Giving Away" of the bride if applicable
Explain attendant's duties during the ceremony
Clergy will go through the ceremony
Explain ushers seating duties and the proper way to usher
Explain seating guests within the ribbon (special seating for grandparents, etc.)
Review the itinerary arrival times
Tell bridal party about the emergency kit and to contact me if a need arises
Answer any last minute questions

Ceremony Coordination Duties ~
Supervise the ceremony site set-up and all vendor set-up
Final walk through of ceremony site (prior to event)
Help bridal party dress
Distribution of personal wedding flowers and pinning (if florist doesn't)
Coordinate with the photographer before and after the wedding
Direct ushers seating duties
Make sure candles are lit correctly and on time
Coordination of ceremony itinerary /timeline and order of events
Escort the bridal party from dressing rooms to the ceremony at the proper time.
Direct seating of honored guests- grandparents, mothers, etc.
Direct the processional and recessional
Reception Coordination ~
After the ceremony is over, you need to be able to relax and enjoy the party. That is why you need us. , we make sure everyone knows where he or she is supposed to be and when, and then make sure everything goes off as planned.
Verification of vendor contracts
Final walk through of reception site
Supervise and/ or set up tenting
Help the bride prepare wedding dress for the reception (bustle the gown)
Make sure guests sign the guest book until attendant arrives
Coordinate bridal couple's grand entrance
Make sure arrangements are on every table
Check food throughout the reception
Coordinate the photography and/ or receiving line
Coordinate the toasts and the cutting of the cake
Direct the first dance for the bride and groom
Coordinate the throwing of the bouquet and garter
Distribute any gifts to the guests
Help the bride change for travel, if desired
