What is the communication?

Its involves getting information from someone to anther with same contact without any changes, also about creation and changing the ideas.

What is the communication skills?

The tools we use to do effective communication although the different between each other (culture, language, age, experience, different communication style).

The communication process

Any communication process passing by 6 channels

Sender: the source or the person who create the massage and he is the only person

who know it 100 .%

Encoding: because we are different (langue, experience, ets) the source need to convert this message by putting it in form to the receiver to understand.

Decoding: it’s the receiver process to translate the message to understand.

Message: is the content or what is communicated.

Channel: is about the way that massage has been translated, it can be different up to the situation and type of the message.

Feedback: the observation of the receiver response by the sender
