Membership in the International Leprosy Association: Membership dues are US $40.00annually and include subscription to THE JOURNAL (no discounts are given to agencies;if the latter are used, agency costs must be covered in such manner that THE JOURNALreceives the full $40.00 for each membership). Subscription for nonmembers: Effectivewith Volume 47, 1979, the subscription price is US $60.00 payable (exclusive of agencycharges) in advance. Single numbers of the current volume are US $15.00 post paid. Pricesfor back issues depend upon availability and can be determined by correspondence withthe Executive Officer (New Jersey address). If current copies are lost in the mails, noticeshould be given promptly to the New Jersey office. When copies are available, replacementwill he made without charge.
