How to have a good conference….it is a process, not an event.

• -keep it positive/constructive, it is not a "gotcha" meeting

• -communication goes both ways, don't monopolize the conversation

• -develop trust, be a good listener• -be detailed with your recommendations/comments

Work Smarter-Not Harder

• Use the tools already available, the data is in the system.– Rubric– Self reflection– Observations– Evidence– Goals

6 N Zervos RESA 6 has done 2 PRIs. Most counties will do their own. Hancock – will follow up separately N/A
