Two Story Lobby Prototype

BU ILD ING SUMMARY
33
To cater to all our owners’ needs, we have a one-story lobby prototype that might better suit some markets and building sites. It’s the same building footprint and site plan as our two-story lobby prototype.
This prototype still features a series of storefront windows, but they run along the side of the building, allowing natural light to stream into the expanded first floor lounge space.
