1.0 PURPOSE AND SCOPE
The purpose of this document is to Standardize CAD drawings produced utilizing Autocad andMicrostation software. Autocad (.DWG) and Microstation (.DG) are the two deli!era"le formatsof S#M$%M&DC&. 'lant Design Management Sstem ('DMS) ma "e used on proects* "ut thedeli!era"le will "e one of the fore mentioned.
2.0 ON! " LE!!ER !#PE
The following ta"les shall "e followed for te+t placement in Autocad and Microstation. The ta"lesdepict te+t height and fonts. Te+t height and width for scaled drawings will ha!e to "e adusted tomaintain the correct height when plotted. ,tilizing the S#M$%M&DC& Tool"ar for Microstationwill ensure that all te+t on the drawing will "e the correct font* te+t height and width* etc.
