Dublin was founded in 1810, just 7 years after Ohio became a state. Founded by John Sells when he purchased 400 acres on the Scioto River, Dublin soon developed into a fast growing community.

Dublin Branch of the Columbus Metropolitan

LibraryThis is the best place to get all your movies, books and CDs! You can also place more than one book on reserve at a time.

The Dublin branch was voted #1 branch for the amount of books it checked out each year.

The Dublin City Schools are very popular in Central Ohio. There are 19 schools currently in operation serving approximately 14,400 student s in the Fall.

Soccer is one of the main sports in Dublin, OH. To sign up, kids from age 5-12 can just walk right in to the office and complete an application. Soccer is played in the Fall and Spring.

Some fun free time activities could include going to the Mall at

Tuttle Crossing, visiting Ballantrae Park or relaxing at

one of the two city pools.

Here at Sports Ohio and The Chiller you can play a variety of sports including: tennis, hockey, soccer both indoor and outdoor, football, golf, go-karts, ice skating, and lacrosse.

A stop at the Community Recreation Center can be very enjoyable.
