Latest education "reform" slop from Alabama Senate Pro Tempore Adelbert 'Sneaky Hog' Marsh blends value-added measures (VAM) voodoo which can never control for all the variable in learning with a rollback of what little tenure protections remain. He and his are so brazen they're touting this monster as a pay raise. Let us also not forget how Marsh and his minions used the "Flex Bill" back in 2013 as a stalking horse to hide their "Accountability" Act foolishness. How anyone, especially people in the education community, could trust this crop of "conservatives" to not pull another switcheroo is a mystery to me.
