FRUSTRATIONS

• As a clinician, you would prefer to get patients seen and swabbed at the beginning of their illness … with in 24-48 hours of the onset of illness

FRUSTRATIONS

• It’s difficult to know when “too long” after the initial illness the swab is still worth it.

FRUSTRATIONS

• It’s difficult to remember which electronic diagnostic code to use so it gets recorded properly. (487 for influenza, but 466 or 482 or 460 or ???)
