DOORS
• Annual DBE Program Part 26 reports due by
December 1 for prior Federal fiscal year
• Annual ACDBE Program Part 23 reports due
by March 1 for prior Federal fiscal year

• FAA fully transitioned from FAA DOORS to DOT DOORS in November 2011.
• Currently populated with all historical data from FAA DOORS (2004-present).
• Similar design as FAA DOORS with some differences in operation.

FAA DOORS – DOT DOORS: Differences
– Recipient user accounts can only be created by FAA (or
FHWA, FTA for their recipients)
– Menus include a Save option, i.e., users can enter partial
data, save it and return later to edit or complete the data
– “Forgot Password” option – sends a link to your email to
reset your password
– Cannot edit data once it has been Submitted and Approved
by FAA
– DBE history reports can only be accessed individually by year

• Allows DBE and ACDBE firms and airport sponsors with

• Also includes links to other DBE program information.

• Further enhanced the FAA DBE/ACDBE directory:
– Current, nationwide list of certified DBE and ACDBE firms
developed through direct coordination with State and Airport
UCPs
• 75% of UCP directories are now included in the
System
• Discussions continue with remaining states to obtain
their UCP lists in compatible electronic format
• Over 18,700 businesses with more than 21,500 DBE
and/or ACDBE certifications

– If you represent a certifying agency or are a partner in a UCP and
your firms are not yet in the directory, they are missing out.
– Provide information in Excel or text version, if possible.
