1. Final Transcripts and Degree Confirmation: Official final transcripts for any coursework or degree programs for which you are currently enrolled must be submitted to the Office of Graduate Admissions. International student? Provide a certified, university attested copy of your degree.

2. Immunization Requirements: Go to the Student Health Services website (shs.gmu.edu) for information and mandatory immunization forms. Deadline for completing immunizations is October 1st. Submit your form directly to Student Health Services.

3. Previous Non Degree Students or Accelerated Masters: If you have not told us you planned to Enroll in your newly admitted Master’s or Ph.D. your record will not be updated. Submit an Intent to Enroll per your admission letter.
