Ø Those  diagnosed  with  diabetes  or  pre-­‐diabetes  Ø Those  who  care  for  and  love  friends  and  family  affected  by  diabetes  Ø Those  interested  in  learning  about  a  disease  that  affects  8.3%  of  Americans  

 Who  will  be  sponsoring  and  staffing  this  event?

 What  will  we  be  doing?    

Ø Offering  free  blood  sugar  and  blood  pressure  testing  Ø Discussing  the  best  ways  to  manage  your  diet  and  count  your  carbohydrates  Ø Answering  any  and  all  questions  you  may  have  Ø Getting  to  know  YOU,  the  patients  in  the  community!
