Launch Better Products in 5 Days with a Design Sprint

Most companies face 3 big problems with their technology projects.

They horde the conversation

about solutions, instead of

including their customers.

They assemble an in-house team

or contract vendors who spend

months building those solutions.

They launch those solutions only

to find out it’s not meeting their

customer’s needs.

Will you risk starting over months later?

1. 2. 3.

What if you could research, prototype and validate in 5 days?

Here’s how we’ll do it.

We’ll guide you through the days leading up to your sprint…

1. Pick the big challenge you’re trying to solve.

2. Assemble the sprint team.

3. Aggregate and share any previous research, metrics, product demos.

Day Zero.

DESIGN SPRINT: PREP

We’ll create a map that summarizes the journey each of your customers

will follow as they experience the challenge you’re solving for.

Day One.

DESIGN SPRINT: 5 DAYS

Individually (but together), we’ll sketch out 2-3 solutions

to that problem in the form of a storyboard.

Day Two.

DESIGN SPRINT: 5 DAYS

We’ll vote on the best solution and then add additional

details so that it’s a complete storyboard, start to finish.

Day Three.

DESIGN SPRINT: 5 DAYS

New Haircut will design your Goldilocks prototype  -  not too simple, not too complex… just right.

Day Four.

DESIGN SPRINT: 5 DAYS

We’ll test the prototype with customers and capture

reactions & feedback.

Day Five.

DESIGN SPRINT: 5 DAYS

DESIGN SPRINT: FINAL DELIVERABLES

A summary of features + corresponding budgets and timelines – accurate only within

the scope of understanding accomplished during the sprint.

Product Roadmap (when applicable)

For those companies that are fundraising, we can help package up the outputs of the

design sprint and marry it with your existing story, in a compelling investor pitch deck.

Pitch Deck (add-on)

This may be a mocked up website or mobile app. It may be a presentation. It depends

what we’re trying to test for and the reactions we’re after from your customers.

Prototype

A report that recaps the sprint, summarizes customer reactions and includes

recommended next steps; e.g. build / rebuild features, run another sprint, pivot.
