• Fast food restaurants are being blamed and sued all over the world every day because of the increase in obesity.• Over the last past couple of years, the

obesity rate in America has tripled in children and adults.

America Has Went From:

Anorexic

OBESE

“WHAT CAN FAST FOOD RESTAURANTS DO TO STOP BEING THE BLAME FOR OBESITY?”

• Restaurants like Burger King, McDonalds, and Wendy’s are starting to be more strict on their nutrition menus.

• With the nutrition menus, America’s obesity should decrease because they are now trying to serve healthier foods.

“What Are Some Nutritional Foods You Can Try From Fast Food Restaurants”?

• Fast Foods are now providing healthier foods for obese people, people on diets, or people that just want to maintain a health lifestyle.

• Some examples of nutritional foods are apple fries, grilled chicken sandwiches, and salads.

• Also, instead of drinking sodas, you can drink orange juice, apple juice, water, fruit punch, and/or lemonade.

THINGS YOU SHOULD NOT DRINK & EAT

WHAT CAN GREASY, AND SALTY FOOD CAN CAUSE:

• Fattening foods can cause strokes, heart attacks, and obesity.

• A lot of people are being treated for heart disease because of eating so much fast food.

-THIS COULD BE YOU

MY OPINION

• In my opinion, I think that fast food restaurants are not the blame for obesity in America.

“WHY DO I FEEL THIS WAY?”

• I FEEL THAT FAST FOOD RESTAURANTS SHOULDN’T BE AT FAULT BECAUSE OF THE INCREASE IN OBESITY, BECAUSE ALTHOUGH SOME OF THEIR FOODS ARE UNHEALTHY, ADULTS SHOULD BE ABLE TO BE IN CONTROL OF WHAT THEY AND THEIR CHILDREN EAT AND HOW MUCH THEY EAT.

WHAT CAN WE DO TO: “DECREASE THE OBESE”

INSTEAD OF LOOKING AT THE REGULAR (FATTENING) MENUS, YOU SHOULD TAKE A LOOK AT THE NUTRITION MENUS, TO OBSERVE THE HEALTHIER LIFE. ANOTHER THING YOU COULD DO IS CUT BACK ON THE “BIGGIE” OR “GO LARGE” SIZE AND REMAIN AT THE REGULAR SIZE.

• LOOK AT A NUTRITION MENU BEFORE ORERING

• KEEP THE SIZE A SMALL

• EAT APPLE FRIES • EAT GRILLED CHICKEN

• DRINK WATER & JUICE

OUR “DON’TS”

• DON’T TAKE NOTICE TO THE NUTRITION MENU, ORDER OFF OF THE REGULAR MENU.

• LET’S GO LARGE• EAT GREASY FRENCH FRIES• HOW ABOUT A DOUBLE FAT

BURGER?• DRINK PLENTY OF SODA
