Installing XSite Order Manager
In order to work with StreetLinks orders, you first need to install XSite Order Manager (XSOM). To install XSite
Order Manager…
1. Log into your XSite and click Get XSite Order Manager in the XSites Network pane on the left. Or,
you can access the download page directly at
http://www.alamode.com/xsom/downloads/
2. In the window that appears, click the Click here to install link and choose to Run the file.
3. Once the file is finished downloading, the installation wizard begins automatically. Just follow the steps
of the installation wizard to install XSite Order Manager.
Note: When XSite Order Manager prompts you for your username and password, just enter your
XSite username and password. If you've been using XSites since 2005, your username and
password may not be your XSite login information. To retrieve your actual username and
password, visit the password retrieval page by clicking here to retrieve your login information.
Delivering StreetLinks Orders
To deliver your completed or revised report to StreetLinks from TOTAL…

1. Open your report in TOTAL and click Deliver Report, Using any XSite Order Manager Plugin from
the menus.
2. From the list of plugins, select StreetLinks and click Next.
3. The TOTAL Print Engine appears, allowing you to select which forms in your report you want to
include in the PDF of the report. Select the forms you want to include, set any other options necessary,
and click Print.
4. After you've reviewed the information on the StreetLinks Delivery Wizard welcome page, click Next to
continue.
5. On the next screen, enter your StreetLinks Appraiser ID and password, click Next to continue.
6. Select the correct appraiser from the list, then select the appropriate order for this delivery based on
the address. Click Next to continue.
7. If an ENV file is required for the order being delivered, you’ll automatically see the AI Ready screens
and preview your delivery in the OADI viewer where you can save the ENV file. If the ENV file is not
required, you'll automatically proceed to the next step.
Creating the ENV file will include a few extra steps:

o The first time you complete the AI Ready steps, you'll be prompted to confirm that you've read
the AI Ready Plugin Conversion Details.
o The Unsupported forms window tells you if there is a form in your report that can't be included
in the ENV file because it's not available in the AI Ready format. If an important form in your
report isn't supported, you may need to exit the delivery wizard to choose the AI Ready version
of that form. Otherwise, click Next to continue.
o If your report wasn't signed, you'll see the Pick your signature image step, where you can
choose the file containing your signature image, and that of the supervisory appraiser, if
applicable. When you do, you can click Reuse this signature the next time to avoid repeating

this step during future deliveries. Click Next to continue.
o Now, click the OADI Viewer button to view the AI Ready conversion of your report. For more
information about the OADI viewer, click here. When you're done with the OADI Viewer,
click Next to continue.
8. Click Finish to deliver the report to StreetLinks. After a few seconds, a message will appear to tell you
the report was successfully delivered.
That's it! Your report has now been successfully delivered to StreetLinks.

To deliver your completed or revised report to StreetLinks from WinTOTAL Aurora…
1. Make sure that WinTOTAL is associated with your XSite. Click here for instructions.
You'll need your XSite username (your e-mail address) and password. Click here if you need to retrieve your XSite password.
2. Open your report in WinTOTAL and click Deliver Report, Using any XSite Order Manager Plugin
from the menus.
3. From the list of plugins, select StreetLinks and click Next.
4. The Aurora Print Engine appears, allowing you to select which forms in your report you want to
include in the PDF of the report. Select the forms you want to include, set any other options necessary,
and click Print.
