Biopsychosocial assessment, physical exam, chart review, previous investigations.

Analysis of the history presented & findings – arrive at a provisional diagnosis.

Patient presented to the Anaesthetist – plan of care finalised.

20 Patients

Since January 2012 seeing 3 patients per clinic 1 routine and 2 urgent patients

7 DNA’s 9 Patients had a procedure or series of

procedures 3 Patients MRI’s ordered 1 Patient discharged 3 Patients referred to Physiotherapy
