This is an example of a website that doesn't use CSS if you click no sytle it stays exactly the same which could be problematic as he has 14 pages and if they want to change something they have to change all 14 pages unlike people who have CSS who can change one thing and

all borders frames and background images dissapear. This makes it insanely easy for them

to change something such as font colour etc
