How About A Defense Acquisition Blog?

SECDEF Testified to Congress today on President’s Afghanistan strategy - We need to rapidly field capabilities to support the new surge – Sec Gates stressed to me the troops are at war, the building is not. We must change that mindset in AT&L!

I told Lockheed Martin’s CEO Robert Stevens they will be responsible for the F-35 cost overruns

XYZ program developed a great contract strategy for their multiple award ID/IQ development contract – competition, agile, and metrics – A model for other programs.

I testified to SAC-D today on the FY11 Appropriations Bill See the video and transcript. Focus on costs and speed.
