Wikipedia

14

Single best example of how the Internet expands knowledge

• The Intelligence Community (IC) onlinesystem for collaborative data sharing

• Three wikis on JWICS, SIPRNet, and Intelink-U.

• Used by the 16 IC agencies and DoD since 2005

Intellipedia

ODNI say Intellipedia will change the IC

How About A Defense Acquisition Blog?

SECDEF Testified to Congress today on President’s Afghanistan strategy - We need to rapidly field capabilities to support the

new surge – Sec Gates stressed to me the troops are at war, the building is not. We must change that mindset in AT&L!

I told Lockheed Martin’s CEO Robert Stevens they will be responsible for the F-35 cost overruns

XYZ program developed a great contract strategy for their multiple award ID/IQ development contract –competition, agile, and metrics – A model for other programs.

I testified to SAC-D today on the FY11 Appropriations Bill See the video and transcript. Focus on costs and speed.
