CReW: About Us

● Formed three years ago; still evolving and adapting to the needs of the residents

● Co-chaired by Dr. Richard Montoro (Assistant Dean of Resident Affairs)

● Our vision 

● To ensure that residency at McGill is an inclusive environment which values physical, emotional, mental and spiritual wellness

Mission

If the following aspects appeal to you:

Resident Wellness

Conducted in the late Summer of 2012◦ More than 300 residents replied◦ Prizes were drawn

Results were obtained after compiling the internet survey ◦ Main objectives

Look into the current needs of residents in terms of the different health determinants

Areas we may want to advocate for with the Faculty
