The Premium Server & Desktop Management Service provides remote 24x7 monitoring, problem remediation and automatic updates of
all critical components of your Microsoft® Windows™ operating environment.
CAI’s Network Operations Center (NOC) provides notification of any server or desktop that’s not performing within pre-set threshold
levels. The NOC prioritizes alerts (critical and non-critical), performs problem analysis, and takes immediate steps to resolve and remediate
issues. Virtually anything connected to your network can be monitored and managed to maximize uptime and minimize unpredictable IT
costs or lost productivity.
The Premium Server & Desktop Management Service provides:

The Premium Server & Desktop Management Service also includes support and protection for your network-connected ‘end points’
(desktops, laptops and tablets) against viruses, malware, e-mail and image spam and mechanical failure. The service also helps you
resolve day-to-day desktop computer issues (i.e., e-mail won’t work, an employee can’t print, an application like Microsoft Word has
crashed).
The service also provides additional ‘end-point’ security through automatic anti-virus and Microsoft Windows operating system patch
management on each desktop computer connected to the network.
