Africa Clay and Arts is a ceramic art firm that specialised in designing african utencils for use and asthetics. It was also a cermic school for children and adults and participated also in educating refugees in theircamps especially Turkana kakuma refugee camp. This was in conjuctionwith Kenyatta University

Kenya Bereau of Statistics was helping the goverment to advertise East Africa intergration. We came up with designs for advertising the plan to the people of all east african countries which also involved moving from district to district.

This was one of the leading upcoming advertising companies. it involved video shooting for music, events and TV adversisements. I worked as a student intern before joining Kenyatta University.

Pan paper Mills was a paper manufacturing company. It also had a wood work and furniture department that served only the worker’s residentials from furniture designing to house painting. I worked as a furnituredesigner and compound planner.

11/2 pounds salmon �lletslemon pepper to tastegarlic powder to tastesalt to taste1/3 cup soy sauce1/3 cup brown sugar1/3 cup water1/4 cup vegetable oil

1 Season salmon �llets with pepper garlic

powder and salt

2 In asmall bowl, stir together soy sauce, brown

sugar water and vegetable oiltill sugar is

dissolved.Place �sh in a large reseable plastic

bag with the soy mixture, seal and turn to coat.

Refregerate for atleat 2 hours.

3 Pre heat grill for medium heat.

4 Lightly oil grill grate pace salmon on the pre

heated grill,and discad marinade.cook salmon

for 6to 8 minutesper side, or untill

the �sh �akes easily with a fork.
