models but are not mathematicians, they use

scientific methods of analysis and evaluation

but are not scientists, they are concerned in the

reduction of the cost of their products and

expenditure on their system but are not

economists, they work continually for up

gradation of 'the quality of human existence but

are not social scientists, they often manage or

administer large systems but are not managers

or administrators, and they create objects of

beauty but are not artists. Then what are they?
