- We are on a 9-weeks grading schedule. - students get report cards each 9-week period and -

progress reports in the middle of the grading period.

- Grades can be seen on Home Access Center.- retest policy: students may be retested on all major

grade assignments. highest grade can be a 70.

- Homework is sent on Mondays and should be returned ONLY on Fridays.

- Reading logs are due on a monthly basis- dreambox and reflex math log in’s will go

home (recommend 15 minutes or more of each a day)

- students should be reading every night

CBA- Campus Based Assessment- 3rd graders on our campus only

- major grade- retest allowed

DLA- District Learning Assessment- all 3rd graders in KISD

- not for a grade/no retest necessary
