The Works - IIT

Ohio Fire Academy DormsMajor renovations and three additions to the Ohio Fire Academy and the State Fire Marshal’s offices provide a new auditorium, dormitory, fitness facilities, and administrative offices. The renovated classroom and administrative areas provide new state-of-the-art facilities. The completed work includes 103,000 square feet.

Perry County District Library - Thornville BranchThe Thornville Branch Library includes the renovation of a historic Italianate house and an addition for open stacks, a children’s area, and study and computer areas. The historic house was restored for public meetings. The addition evokes the design of the original house.

The design includes new restroom facilities, ADA accessibility, parking and site work. The facility has new HVAC and electrical service integrated into the renovation and addition.

The Works - IITPMA designed a 2,100 sf addition to The Works Ohio Center for History and Art. Connected to a former saw mill, the addition includes new admin spaces, exhibition areas, and a theater.
