That’s when miracles happen!

Cuddle Therapy

Healing with hugs

Holding a persons hand like this allows easy access to stroke/touch n breath all the hand

meridian points

When working with the elderly & terminally ill, you will usually find that they volunteer their hand for you to take. This is the perfect time to take note of what they say. Just repeat their words back to them. Allow

the emotion to flow and use the ‘stroke & touch n breath’ technique on the meridian/EFT points.

Note how this hold allows

you to massage the

Gammit point!

When you take hold of a persons hand you are immediately exchanging energy. Be aware of what

they say, and repeat their words back to them. This is allowing any ‘issues’ to surface, so you are able to deal with them in the appropriate way. At

the same time ‘stroke’ over the meridian/EFT points.

This wonderful lady who has Dementia sang wartime songs to Cassie for nearly

an hour.

EFT/Touch n Breath for the Tiny Baby

On baby we use many of the same EFT points as used with children and adults. However, instead of

‘Tapping’ we gently massage and stroke these points, whilst speaking the set up words and following

through.

Gently massage baby’s entire feet. All ‘Tapping’ points and meridians will then be

stimulated

Stroking baby or gently tapping on baby’s trunk will make sure that the EFT ‘tapping’ points are used, it will also ensure that the meridian system is stimulated

Each finger has its own unique ‘energy’ point.

Just by gently stroking your baby’s hand you are stimulating these points.

Gently stroke around baby’s face , moving over the ‘tapping’ points. Doing this, with

intention, will stimulate the baby’s meridians

Gently stroke your

baby’s head whilst speaking/imagining the words you feel are right for that moment. For example:

‘Even though I’m scared and lonely in the incubator, and miss having a cuddle……my mummy and daddy love me very much’.

Because your baby’s head is very delicate ‘tapping’ is not recommended. Stroke her head, just as mothers do.

Using ‘Touch n breath’ with Kangaroo care
