CSC On-line Registration

• Before you start

– Ensure you know the division and age group of your player(s). Coaches designate division (D-1, -2, -3)

– Have player photo and birth certificate files available for upload

• Payment options

– Credit card (processing fee $4.25)

– E-check (processing fee ~ $3.00) (requires bank routing number and bank account number)

• Note: U-8 thru U-11 Players will be listed as “Academy” in the Affinity system

• Avoid creating duplicate accounts. If player was previously registered with any TSSA club and you are unable to determine your username and password (see slide 3-4), contact Affinity (800- 869-3906)

Start Registration

If you know your Affinity username and password from previous years,

log in. (see slide 6 for next steps)

If you don’t know your username and password, but your player was

registered with any club in Tennessee State Soccer Association

previously, click “Forgot UserName/Password” (see

slide 4 for next steps)

If your player is new to Tennessee State Soccer Association, click

“Create New Account” (see slide 6 for next steps)

The system recognizes accounts by email address, so enter the same

email address used on prior registration forms or in Affinity (note

email address is the only required field on this form) (see slide 5 for

next step)

Follow the instructions in the Reset Email
