1 ONCE-OFF PAYMENTS 1.1 Log-in to DSTV.com

Log-in to DSTV.com with your credentials. For the first time log-ins, you will need to register on DSTV.com.

1.2 Navigate to Credit Card Payment Page

Once logged in, please click on “My Account”

1.3 Make Once-off Payment Click on Payment Options button to avail the Credit Card Payment facility.

This screen shows that Credit Card in use might require 3D secure. This is entirely bank’s process. If your bank enforces 3D secure cards, then you might need to go through 3D Secure Registration Process, once you get to the Payment Page. Click on “Once-Off Payment” option. Your outstanding balance is pre-populated in the “Payment Amount” field. You can over-ride this amount.

Entre the credit card details as relevant and click on “Submit” E-mail is optional. If you enter your e-mail address, then the payment confirmation will be sent to you via email.

Once submitted, success notification is displayed.

2 RECURRING PAYMENTS

2.1 Log-in to DSTV.com

You need to log-in to DSTV.com with your credentials. For the first time log-ins, you will need to register on DSTV.com.

2.2 Navigate to Credit Card Payment Page

Once logged in, please click on “My Account”

2.3 Set-up Recurring Payment Click on Payment Options button to avail the Credit Card Payment facility.

This screen shows that Credit Card in use might require 3D secure. This is entirely bank’s process. If bank enforces 3D secure cards, then you might need to go through the 3D Secure Registration Process, once you get to the Payment Page. Click on “Recurring Payment” option.

For a new set-up, click on “Add New” button.

Your outstanding balance is pre-populated in the “Payment Amount” field. You can over-ride pre-populated amount. You will need to complete all the fields displayed. Debit Day is from 1st day of the month till 28th day of the month. Unfortunately you cannot choose 29th, 30th and / or last day of the month.

Once all the data is filled in, please click on “Submit” button to create the recurring set-up.

Once submitted, the saved Recurring Set-up is displayed.

2.4 Edit Recurring Payment Set-up Click on Recurring Payments button under My Account Payment Options.

You can edit the existing recurring payment. Click on “Edit” button against the set-up that needs to be modified.

Change the details, as required and click on “Submit” button.

2.5 Delete Recurring Payment Set-up

Click on Recurring Payments button under My Account Payment Options.

You can delete the existing recurring payment.

Click on “Delete” button to delete the existing set-up.

You will need to confirm the deletion of existing set-up by clicking “OK” button. Recurring set-up is deleted after confirmation.
