Creating an Interview Evaluation Overview:

Understanding the Creating an Interview Evaluation Process

In this topic, you will learn the steps to create the interview evaluation in OMNI. It is required to

create and submit an evaluation for each interviewed candidate, as well as multiple evaluations if

the candidate was interviewed more than once. You will learn how to input the data and how to

review the evaluation after submission.

Procedure

Scenario: In this topic, you will learn the steps to create an interview evaluation.

1. Click the Human Resources 9.1 link.

4. Enter the desired Job Opening ID.

7. Click the Take Action list for the applicant for which you wish to create an

interview evaluation.

13. Select the applicant's rating for all categories: Communication Skills,

Education/Training, Technical Skills, and Work Experience.

17. Select the appropriate Recommendation for the applicant.

NOTE: If you have not completed the interview process and are unsure which

option to choose, select 100-Hold.

NOTE: Do not make any comments that may be interpreted as discriminatory.

Click the OK button to save your comments and return to the Interview Evaluation

page.

21. Click the Submit Evaluation button.

NOTE: The interview evaluation must be submitted in order to be considered

complete. Use the Save button to save your work for later completion.
