What is a Podcast?

A podcast is a method of publishing recorded talk, music and sometimes text, images or movies via the Internet, (or school network) in a way that shares your content automatically and on a regular basis with your listeners.

Garageband on an iPad?

Yes, that’s right. It has most of the features of the original Garageband but also has the additional bonus of “touch”!

TASK 3 20 minutes approx x 2 (Rotation)

WITH JANE - Create an audio podcast. It could be a quick report, announcement or advert for something school based. Add music (jingles, stingers) and your voice recording

WITH BILL – Have a play (inquire) on the iPad. What are the differences? Can you make a song by recording your own music using one of the instruments and then put in your own backing track from the tracks provided. Give it a go!

SUMMARY
