Create group “Access to All Matter”

THE ACCESS RIGHT FOR “ACCESS TO ALL MATTER” GROUPWhen the users are added to this group, system allow them access to all matter (can view the details of each matter but cannot edit)There are two cases:

If the users are in the team, they able to update their own matter

If the users are not in the team, they only view and cannot edit any information
