INGREDIENTS1 compressed yeast cakes or 1 (1/4 ounce) package active dry yeast1/4 cup water, warm1/2 cup sugar1/4 cup margarine2 teaspoons salt2 eggs5 1/2-6 cups all-purpose flour1 cup milk, warm1 teaspoon lemon peel, finely shredded1/4 teaspoon ground mace1 cup light raisins1/2 cup nuts, chopped1 egg yolk, beaten

The best potato saladIngredients2 kg Boiled and sliced potatoes5 boiled and cut carrots4 boiled and cut celleries1 sliced onionA couple of sliced picklesFresh peasA spoon of mustardA few drops of lemon or vinegarTwo cups of light mayonaise (or yogurt if you are on a diet) Salt and pepper
