Please bring the following to the first session:
* Comfortable and supportive shoes (Trainers not recommended) Eg; Ladies: Low heel court shoes. Gentlemen: Lace up Oxford style* Please wear non restrictive clothing
You will be advised during the first session about any other materials and equipment you may need to provide for the course
