TWISTTHE NEW TWIST-LOCK ACTUATOR FOR PRESS-DOWN VALVES

Twist is the latest arrival in the family of Coster standardactuators for press-down valves.

Twist is a valve-cover actua-tor suitable for both alumi-num and tin-plate cans of all dimensions.

Twist is equipped with a num-ber of special features intro-duced by Coster to meet the needs of the aerosol actuator market, which is in constant evolution and development.

Security Lock-Unlock System

Twist incorporates the twist-lock closure system, which pre vents accidental actioning of the actuator. To action the actuator it is necessary fi rst to rotate the blocking ring, which frees up the button and the actuator orifi ce.

The warranty seal plaque acts as an additional safe-ty-block.

Visible Warranty Seal

Twist is equipped with a new-ly-conceived warranty seal, easi ly visible at the back.

Before using the actuator for the fi rst time, it is necessary to remove the warranty seal that blocks the action of the twist-lock system.

Unlimited Colour Combinations

Both the rotation block ring and the actuator body can be produced in any number of different opaque or translu-cent colours.

The actuator is available in both micromist insert and di-rectional insert versions.

The former is suitable for al-cohol-based deodorants, sun-sprays, hair sprays etc.; the latter is suitable for products containing powders in sus-pension, such as anti-perspi-ration deodorants (AP), dry shampoos and so on.
