It’s Time to Make a Commitment.

Well done. By now it must seem as if your whole life

has had a total face lift, a total change. Sometimes you

might be feeling or saying to yourself, “This is tough, it’s

difficult giving up all the foods that I like”, eg tea, coffee,

chockies, sweets etc. and introducing other types of

foods you are not use to. “Oh no, not another lemon

juice, or not that herbal tea again,” is often what is

thought. This thinking process comes from the

intellectual side of our brain, as there is another side to

your brain saying; “you know this is good for me,” but

your intellect comes in, overrides and says “Oh, what

the heck.”

We liken the intellectual side of the brain like a

computer with a worm virus in it. However, think of

the most powerful computerised worm virus ever made

and multiply the effects of the computer virus by 1000

and you might go close to the negative affects ones

intellectual brain causes the body.

Ill health is the end result of intellectual choices that

are made incorrectly. For example someone with

diabetes, can you have a guess at what they crave –

yes that’s correct its sugar, carbs, biscuits, bread,

pasta etc. Someone who just had a heart attack, do

you know what they crave – yes its fatty fried foods

and last but not least someone with anxiety will crave

stimulants like tea, coffee, chockies, Coke, Pepsi etc.

And to take this theme even further if you name me a

disease I can name you the foods the person

craves.

The intellectual brain or the intellectual saboteur as we

now know IT from other discussions has many faces.

To change or to improve takes a huge effort and it

takes time. Time unfortunately is something we can

never retrieve.

The following quotes about time by an unknown author

may help you to put things into perspective;

Time

“If you had a bank that credited your account each

morning with $86,400.00 that carried over no balance

from day to day and allowed you to keep no cash in

your account and every evening cancelled whatever

part of the amount you had failed to use during the

day, what would you do?

Draw out every cent, of course!

Well you have such a bank and its name is Time.

Every morning it credits you with 86,400 seconds.

Every night it rules off, as lost, whatever of this

you failed to invest to good purpose. It carries over no

balance. It allows no overdrafts. Each day it opens a

new account with you. Each night it burns the records

of the day.

If you fail to use the day’s deposits the loss is yours.

There is no going back. There is no drawing against

the “Tomorrow.” You must live in the present, on

today’s deposits. Invest it so as to get from it the

utmost in health, happiness and success!”

This may help further to understand how short time is.

We were having a chat the other day and one of the

team members said; in one of the many books being

read, that if you’re in your mid 40’s you only have 20 or

so more Christmases until you’re 70. Boy did that put

things into perspective. Time is so short .

Most people over commit what they can do in one

year and therefore underachieve what they can do in

their lifetime. Only 3% of people end up achieving

their dreams.

Most Australians will have just $365.00 a week to live

on when they retire.

Research has shown that the average Australian

currently aged around 45 to 54 years will have a

retirement income of just $19,000 a year which

includes a pension of $10,000. Can you achieve your

dreams on that amount? I know I can’t.

To achieve your dreams is to know your internal

saboteur and how to use your intuition wisely. This

is the answer to your total health and wellbeing,

your financial abundance and your true happiness.

The cause of all disease is known as; The Mistake

of the Intellect.

The cause of all your dreams not being achieved,

is known as: The Mistake of the Intellect

Have you ever had a decision to make and your

intellect is saying do this, do that and it has 100 valid

reasons why you should take that path. While another

part of you, your intuition is saying to take another

path. They are so different and because the

intellectual side seems more real, that path is taken.

So you take the path of the intellect only to travel half

way down that road to realise that you should have

taken the other path - your intuitive path. As the

intuition is never wrong. Your intuition causes your

heart to beat and you don’t have to think about it, it

allows you to be able to digest your food without

thinking about it. Your intuition has all the answers and

yet we hardly use it. What a waste.

Within our last letter we spoke about some important

aspects on how the intellectual mind or our “Internal

Saboteur” can upset or even put a permanent end to

all those good intentions you originally started with.

In the next few paragraphs we would like to go over

some of the highlights of last week’s discussion and to

add some more information to help in the

understanding of how to take your health to the next

level.

At some stage of your treatment you may start to go

through a healing crisis or a levelling out where you

may feel that your progress is stalling. This healing

crisis is a time to be at your happiest, even though

the initial symptoms may seem to have levelled or

become more challenging.

Often a healing crisis may not occur, but if it does, it

usually happens at the three, six or twelve week

period after the start of your personalised program. So

maybe, you’re going through this right now. This

healing crisis could bring about something called

clouded thinking or brain fog. This is where the mind

will find it difficult to follow through with your program.

This clouded thinking or brain fog feelings we

spoke about and wrote about last time will show

themselves usually in four ways. This is a normal

phenomenon and can happen up to 80% of the time.

1 I don’t have the time!

2 It is not working!

3 It costs too much!

4 I can’t take these tablets anymore!

5 I feel better now!

Please do not let this clouded thinking or brain fog

feeling make life difficult for you. If it does please

phone for suggestions on how we can help you.

Therefore communication is the key. If anyone of the

above 5 challenges occur from not having enough

time, money or tablets then please let us know

immediately as we can then make the necessary and

timely adjustments to your personalised program.

For example if “I don’t have the time” is a concern we can look at rescheduling your appointments. If “It’s not working” is a challenge we need to reassess your situation and do some fine tuning so as to make it work. If “I don’t have the money” is a challenge then we need to re-look at your budget and reduce, change or

do whatever is needed to make it work.

If “I can’t take these tablets” is a challenge we can change them to liquids or it might be time to have a little break from taking them and to restart down the track. If “I feel better now” occurs we are all ecstatic.

However if the causes are not fixed, meaning the 4 filters, then just like clockwork all your symptoms unfortunately will return. It might take 3 to 6 months but they do come back if the 4 filters are not fixed and maintained (just like servicing your car.)

As opposed to listening to your internal saboteur or your intellect, to ask better questions using our intuition is our goal throughout the above exercises.

When we spoke earlier, we mentioned something called Leaky Gut. One of Leaky Guts greatest symptoms is flatulence.

Enjoy this little quip below and know that you are now on the path to correcting this problem.

“Honestly William…..I invited you to lunch -not to launch”

Leaky Gut is the cause of every disease under the

sun. I know that’s a huge statement but this is not just

us talking here, it’s 5000+ years of ancient wisdom,

from Chinese medicine to Indian wisdom to

Hippocrates and even to Pasteur. Pasteur said during

the last years of his life it’s not the bacteria that’s the

problem, it’s the internal “Mileu” (meaning the digestive

system) that determines health.

I suppose this explains why some people catch

constant colds and flus or are continually unhealthy

whilst others are not affected though they work or

live in the same environment.

Even modern medicine scientifically is proving that 70

to 80% of your immune system is directly linked to

ones digestive system.

Leaky Gut causes arthritis, tiredness, headaches,

muscle aches and pains, diabetes, menopause,

enlarged prostate, and the list goes on and on even to

cancer. Our goal therefore… Is for us to be on the

same team to fix this huge challenge. And yes with

your commitment and our knowledge it can and will

occur.

As lack of commitment is a common thread to why

most people fail in life’s challenges. I would like to

suggest that you review and sign the enclosed

commitment statement. This is your way towards

lasting change or continuous improvement, to

fantastic health and wellbeing. Please do not leave

and not sign it. Your signature represents the stamp of

“Yes” it will happen.

As mentioned your commitment statement to

yourself is attached. Once you have signed it keep

it in a safe place at home. You do not need to bring

it back to the office; this is your personal

commitment statement. Remember, this is a

commitment to you. Allow your family, friends and

our team to support you and you can achieve your

ultimate goal of wellness.

Life is a do it yourself project

Can I encourage you to share this with as many

people as possible? Because sometimes the few right

words at the right time, can make a positive difference

An elderly carpenter was ready to retire. He told his

employer, a contractor, of his plans to leave the house

building business and live a more leisurely life with his

wife enjoying his extended family

He would miss the pay cheque, but he needed to

retire. They could get by. The contractor was very

sorry to see his good worker go and asked if he could

build just one more house as a personal favour. The

carpenter said yes, but in time it was easy to see that

his heart was not in his work. He resorted to

shoddy workmanship and used inferior materials. It

was an unfortunate way to end a dedicated career.

When the carpenter finished his work the employer

came to inspect the house. He handed the front door

key to the carpenter, he said “my gift to you.” The

carpenter was shocked. What a shame! If he had only

known he was building his own house, he would have

done it all so differently.

So it is with us. We build our lives, a day at a time,

often putting less than our best into the building. Then

with a shock we realise we have to live in the house

we have built. If we could do it over we’d do it much

differently. But we cannot go back. You are the

carpenter. Each day you hammer a nail, place a board,

or erect a wall. “Life is a do it yourself project”,

someone has said, “Your attitudes and the choices

you make today, build the “house” you live in

tomorrow.”

Build wisely!

PS. A reminder about the importance of Lemon

Water. Lemon water helps to keep your pH at a level

of 7 which is ideal for optimal health. This works as the

lemon encourages the release of the hormone

Secretin from the small intestine, which tells the

pancreas to dump bicarbonate. (Bicarbonate is an

alkaline in nature and will therefore correct an acidic

condition.)

Bicarbonate is now being released into the small

intestine and then absorbed into the lymphatic

system or your immune system. Helping to kill

viruses, bacteria, yeast, Candida etc, as those

bugs hate alkaline environments.

As it adjusts the pH of the digestive system it

neutralises acids therefore improving gut symptoms

like reflux, belching, heartburn, bloating etc.

As pH is maintained at 7, energy improves, joint and

muscle pain eases to disappears, headaches go,

mood-swings settle and fat starts to disappear to name

a few. Remember you need to have one dessert spoon

of lemon per glass of water, 3-6 times a day.

Please remember only real lemons or limes do

this, not oranges or mandarins.
