• Good Morning Ladies and Gentlemen…
• Thank you for attending our “NASGP- LTI Presentation for 10 year North Africa Sustainable Growth Program”
• This proposal involves new in country long term job creation that takes advantage of both Cinergy and vertical integration techniques between several international technologies with the goal of elimination of in-country hunger.
• Our plan includes realistic proposals using both hi and low technology solutions.
• The outcome will be sustainable increases in multiple areas: including full and part-time employment in the following fields and the expansion of multiple support industries not specifically listed in our presentation:
• Aerospace, New High Skilled Jobs Planned for the NASGP region, (20,362 with 965 in Tunisia)
• Regular Farming improvement techniques, expanded Irrigated Farming Techniques, Local community hybrid high density 365 day harvesting of both fish and garden products grown in hydroponic Greenhouses, New fresh water fish hatcheries and new salt water hatcheries with platform farming.
• Our New unlimited fresh Water comes from a combination of 40 year old RO technology (Reverse Osmosis technology) used in the Desalination of Deep Sea Water and newer Flash technology; when combined with our new Ocean wave power generation techniques.
• The result will produce a continuous flow of low cost Fresh water and low cost power for the NASGP region’s expanding needs aimed at expansion of the rural communities and backup for current communities.

• The new “Wave Power Technology” produces a continuous flow of low cost Power. The overall goal is to use G7 and local funding, along with the local human resources to help build and implement this new technology infrastructure.
• The 5 year goal will allow for every participating NASGP state to have the ability to provide all persons
fresh water, fresh fish and produce produced by local communal hybrid farming techniques.
• The new farming techniques will be grouped into both large scale high technology for volume output of specific goods and the smaller hybrid farms high density farming methods to produce fresh daily produce and fresh fish, 365 days per year.
• The small hybrid farming techniques will not require the same scale of large capital investment and be more easily managed with technical advisors that will maintain constant monitoring and training of the local program for each community chosen.
• No program will fail locally from the lack of resources or technically competent advisors; LTI will be responsible to provide the necessary material content and resources to teach these farming techniques for platform ocean farming and hybrid community farming.
• LTI has an opinion the all workers involved in this project should benefit by the following Company sponsored benefits:
• Continuous and ongoing paid training and continuing education.
• Because of the number of full time and part-time job opportunities, LTI believes the management and co-ownership of each specific licensed technology should be managed under a Cooperative partnership with the employees.
• Each cooperative will be responsible for hiring and maintaining specific training specific standards and skill levels of all workers with the help of LTI.

• The cooperative will determine the ongoing training requirements and pay scale of each group of its employees with the help of LTI.
• As the coop organization matures, it will have the opportunity to purchase more and more control as LTI has only limited long term interest to maintain control until adequate trained managers can be put into place.
• LTI believes the cooperative group should be interested in management of their own futures and have real ownership of a important regional asset.
• A cooperative will be started for each area. Aerospace, Fresh water generation, Power Generation using Ocean Wave Technology, and ownership of Large scale farming and hybrid local farming. The cooperative members will determine all aspects of employee benefits including, retirement, healthcare, pay scale for members and membership rules.
• Are you interested to get started…lets start looking into some of the overall plans…

How is fresh water transported?
• This is called a lift station. Even fish can be moved without hurting them with this style.
• Reduce current and future burial costs by grouping multi-utilities in the same excavation.

Low Tech Irrigation
• The aqueducts for irrigated farming need to be elevated so that siphons can be used to measure the amount of water transferred to the crops.

How will ocean wave technology keep power generation costs low for other NASGP countries?
The “Ocean Wave Power Generation System” is invented and developed by LTI. The system uses no carbon fuels. It is powered by ocean waves which average 5 to 6 swells per minute, with an average height of 1 meter. This motion is enough to power a 2.5 MW generator using .34 hectares footprint of ocean water.
