Cluster Munition Ban Policy• Macedonia signed the Convention on Cluster Munitions on 3 December

2008 and ratified on 8 October 2009. It was thus among the first 30 ratifications to trigger the convention’s entry into force on 1 August 2010.

In March 2011, a Ministry of Foreign Affairs official said that the report was in its final stage of preparation and would be submitted shortly.
