Local trainings: what are their advantages? (1)

• Statistical data generally confirm the positive results, e.g. % of natural deliveries or infant mortality rate in partner regions are usually lower than the national average rate.

• About 80% of obstetricians and neonatologists follow modern clinical guidelines and practices.

• However, family doctors still have to study perinatal practices.

Local trainings: what are their advantages?(2)

• Very positive feedback from participants. Some quotes: "To be honest, I was never taught like that."

• Patients’ feedback: "Comfortable rooms, qualified medical personnel. Everything has changed so much over the past two years! I can hardly to believe that! The same people work here, but their attitude towards patients, as well as approaches have changed dramatically."
