Building the Future

Current Activities this Week:

Mass Excavation:

Backfilling of on-grade seating and foundations are

ongoing in Area 3.

Site Utilities:

Storm and Sanitary Sewer Installation is complete

on the east side of France Family Drive.

Foundations:

Area 3 Field Level – Foundation installation continues on

the east side of the site (Truck Dock Area).

Concrete Flatwork:

Area 2 – Prep work for next slab pour is underway from

Column Line 15 – 12.

Area 3 – Slab-on-Metal Deck is placed to Column Line 1.

Structural Steel Erection:

Area 1 – Main Canopy Truss Erection are set to Column

Line 20.

Area 2 – South Scoreboard support steel is set between

Column Lines 15 – 18.

Precast Concrete:

Area 3 – Precast erection is ongoing and is currently set

to Column Line 7.

Underground MEP:

Electrical for Electrical Room 01.12.01 is ongoing. Deep

Plumbing has started in Area 3.

Update – Week of

8.16.2010

Area 3 – Installation of Storm and Sanitary

Lines are complete. Cleanup and repair of

France Family Drive has started.

Area 3 – Precast riser erection has turned

the corner is ongoing on the East side and is

currently to Column Line 7.

Field Level Area 3 – Foundations are

continuing on East side. Switchback ramp to

Cauldron Club installation is ongoing.

Building the Future

MEP Rough-in:

Area 2 – Shallow electrical and plumbing rough-in is

ongoing. Ductwork installation on Suite and Press Levels

are ongoing. Plumbing rough-in is ongoing on Suite and

Press Levels. Fire Protection rough-in is ongoing on

Suite Level.

Metal Stud Framing:

Area 1 – Metal stud framing for Concourse, Suite and Press

Levels are ongoing. Metal stud framing has started at Field

Level.

Masonry:

Area 1 Field Level – Masonry wall installation is ongoing

in Areas F, G and H.

Area 3 Concourse Level – Picture framing has started

for south concourse buildings. Layout for north buildings

are ongoing.

Projected Activities occurring next Week:

Grading:

Area 4 – Grading for field wall foundations will continue.

Site Utilities:

Gas Service installation will begin.

Deep Underground MEP:

Deep Plumbing installation will continue in Area 3.

Foundations:

Area 3 Field Level – Foundation installation will continue.

Concrete Flatwork:

Area 3 Field Level – Concrete placement for Slab-on

Grade between Column Lines 15 - 12.

Area 1, 2 and 3 Field Level – Installation of on-grade seating

risers and intermediate stairs will continue.

Area 1 – Shot of the West Building from the

east concourse.

Field Level Area 1 – Metal Stud Framing has

started at the Field Level.

Area 1 – South Scoreboard support steel is

erected.

Area 1 – Metal stud framing for Field, Concourse, Suite

and Press Levels will continue.

Area 1 – Installation of curtainwall framing

at West Building has started.

Suite Level Area 1 – Stair 10 is installed at

Stadium Suite.
